ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities and limitations, as well as the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules and applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow implementations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices to ensure optimal platform utilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development and scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
