We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading successful Scrum teams. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and support the Scrum process, ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Scrum teams, guiding them in the implementation of Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring it is well-defined and prioritized.
  • Promote continuous improvement and help teams to improve their processes and performance.
  • Track and communicate team progress, performance metrics, and sprint goals to stakeholders.
  • Support the team in identifying and addressing risks and issues proactively.
  • Mentor and train team members and other stakeholders on Agile practices and principles.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in software development or a technical background.
  • Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe SM).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
