As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
    • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS).
    • Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
